What new agents need to know before joining our real estate team.
Are you thinking of starting a real estate career? If so, there’s a lot you need to consider. That’s why I recently sat down with one of our newer agents, Andrew, to discuss his experience being on our team so far.
Andrew received his license in March of 2022, but he didn’t join our team until May. At first, he thought he could do everything on his own because he had a large sphere of influence. However, he eventually realized that joining a team came with many benefits.
For example, joining our team has jumpstarted Andrew’s business. He’s already completed five transactions, and he has no plans of stopping there. Sometimes, his buyers can be a little particular, but he remembers he just has to convince them that you can’t always check all the boxes.
