What would it mean for your business if you could go from zero closings to multiple deals in just 30 days? That’s exactly what happened when Jenna Chowdawaram joined The John Bolos Group here in Charlotte.

Jenna is an experienced agent. She knows how to work with clients and how to close deals. But from January through September, she had zero closings. Her pipeline kept breaking down, and she wasn’t getting enough consistent opportunities to sustain her business.

Then she made a change. She joined our team.

In her very first month, Jenna had three buyers under contract and one listing. She also had another opportunity in motion that could bring her to as many as six transactions in Q4, during what most agents consider the slowest time of the year.
