Today, I’m so glad to introduce a new member of our team, Jeremy Peet. I’m going to ask him a few questions so you can get to know him a little bit better.
Q: Can you tell us about that journey and why you decided to rejoin a team after going solo?
Jeremy: “Sure! I tried going solo for six months but found that I prefer the structure of a team. I also love getting leads, which is a big plus. I like the camaraderie and the accountability that comes with being on a team. It’s tough to stay accountable when you’re working alone.”
Q: We provide our agents leads from Zillow Flex. How useful have these leads been for you?
“They are very good leads. I’ve closed about five deals from roughly 40 leads so far. It’s been pretty good.”
Q: You mentioned camaraderie previously. What about our team builds that rapport?
“Every day we practice and have an agenda. That’s huge because you know what to do and aren’t just hoping business happens—you’re making it happen with the team. We meet every day for what we call the “morning mindset,” where we go over the agenda and set the intention for the day. It helps everyone work towards achieving their goals.”
